User Eligibility

Business/Institute/Organization Use

If using Gridifyr on behalf of a business or entity, you are individually bound by this agreement. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to grant all permissions and licenses provided in these terms on the entity's behalf.

User Guidelines

Use our services only for lawful purposes. Account holders have access to basic features, while non-account holders can access public content. Prohibited actions include posting false, infringing, illegal, threatening, obscene, or harmful materials.

Content

Gridifyr's services may be protected by intellectual property laws. Content is the property of the creator and may be protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other rights. Users can use content for personal, non-commercial purposes but must not reproduce, distribute, or use materials without prior written consent.

Your Content

Users can post various content, granting Gridifyr a license to use, store, display, and distribute the user's content. Gridifyr does not moderate content but reserves the right to modify or remove user content that violates terms or policies.

Applicable Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

Terms of Use are governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Ranchi.
